Our story —

30 years of presence

Founded in 1995, Le Transit has become a cornerstone of community-based crisis support in Montréal.
Through thousands of interventions, we’ve built a unique expertise that enables us to support our community effectively in the face of rising psychological distress and complex life challenges.

Our 30th anniversary is an opportunity to celebrate this legacy — and to renew our commitment to meeting the current and future needs of our community.

Mental health has been central in my life since I was a teen, snice I decided I wanted to be a psychologist. My career has led me down a different path, but the subject has remained deeply rooted in my daily life. I am involved with the Transit to insure that many people as possible can have access to life-changing services.
