Two years ago, I received support from Le Transit during a very difficult period in my life. I’m writing to deeply thank all the counsellors who helped me at that time […] I’m so grateful for their encouragement, week after week, to help me get better.
Thanks to Le Transit for their unwavering support of people going through hard times, and for the invaluable dedication of their counsellors.
The Centre gave me back hope and the strength to move forward. The follow-up offered attentive listening, guidance, and referral to the right resources. It’s much more than a ‘Transit’ — I’d call it a springboard.
For us, the crisis-housing service primarily provides a safe space — a place to rest and foster meaningful exchanges. Its structure naturally encourages mutual support and solidarity that can positively transform a person’s crisis.
